My 2 Cents...

What first attracted you to the person you're currently dating?

I'm not dating...that's the problem. :(

Ok, so...yeah. I admitted it. I didn't want to be one of those cliche' people who walk around talking about "my macbook this, and my iphone that...". BUT...they were right! I love it! I jumped on the bandwagon and I'm not looking back. I keep discovering new things everyday about both of them and that tells me I made the right choice. I decided to put down my Treo and make the switch. So there! I said it.

I love Fall. I love everything about it. I could make a list. In fact, I will:

• The weather
• The fashion (I love to dress up during this time)
  
• Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Frappuccinos
• New episodes of my favorite shows (Top Model anyone?)
• Changing of the leaves. Now living in Florida, I don't get to see this much, but I love looking at pics on flickr that people take of the weather in their area.

I could go on and on, but I think you get the picture. So bring on the fraps, trench coats, 60-degree weather, boots and a nice Christian man seeking a warm hug (ok, so that has nothing to do with fall, but I figured I'd put in my request. ;) ).

I have the day off. And even gladder (I know that's not a word :p) the storm didn't come! Because we live by water, we always get the "you're in a zone" speech, yet this is the second year a storm has passed by. Thank God! But since I am home, I've taken the opportunity to:

• Eat my favorite snack (Cheezits)
• Watch some programs that were recorded (Martin, Cribs and programs on the Word Network - awesome!)
• Take care of taking a comedy driving school class (to get that ticket down)
• Just chill (which is really what I need to do)

All in all, it's a good day. :)

If you could be featured in a magazine which one would you choose?

It would have to be Essence. I've been reading it ever since I could read. It represents me and my people and I draw inspiration, tips and trends from it every month. I admire the women of Essence also, especially Susan L. Taylor. I love how she lives her life and never lets anything get her down. And if she is, you would never know it, because she always has a smile on her face. And she's one of the most inspirational Black women I've ever seen. :)
